Yer represents clients in a wide range of high-skilled immigration petitions and applications and is committed to providing exceptional client service. Her practice includes family-based immigration cases and a wide variety of employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, TN, L-1, J-1 waivers, Immigrant Visa Petitions, PERM, Adjustment of Status, and Naturalization.
Yer joined SPS Immigration in 2015 as a Case Manager. She then worked as a Law Clerk for SPS while she pursued her J.D. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2020 and received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Political Science/International Peace Studies with magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. While in law school, she served clients on asylum cases through the Immigration Law Practice Group Clinic, receiving the Dean’s Award.
