USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for H-1B Extensions

USCIS announced that it has resumed Premium Processing for H-1B Extension Requests, effective immediately. USCIS suspended this service on May 26th in anticipation of receiving a large volume of H-4 EAD requests. Please call SPS Immigration should you have questions on whether your H-1B Petition would benefit from Premium Processing.
