Beginning June 9th, Consulates worldwide were unable to access the required Form DS-160 or process and print non-immigrant visas required for foreign nationals to re-enter the US. On Thursday, June 25th, the Bureau of Consular Affairs confirmed that 165 posts, which process more than 85% of nonimmigrant visa requests worldwide, are now online and issuing visas. Please contact SPS Immigration to discuss how this impacts your current or upcoming international travel plans.
