Yer supports a wide range of high-skilled immigration petitions and applications and is committed to providing exceptional client service. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin Superior, where she graduated with honors. As an active and emerging leader, Yer was selected as the keynote speaker at the Multicultural Affairs and First Nations Graduation Reception of 2014. Yer provides support for H-1Bs, TNs, L-1s, as well as working on J-1 waivers, PERM applications, immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications. She not only keeps clients well informed of case developments, but she patiently guides clients through the complex immigration process with a positive and caring approach.
