The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit decided to continue to Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”) on President Trump’s ban. This means that refugees and individuals from the seven designated countries can continue to enter the U.S. The government can request the U.S. Supreme Court to review this decision but it would take five justices to overturn the appeals court decision.
