H-1B Cap Premium Processing Begins April 27

USCIS announced today that the 15 day premium processing clock will begin April 27th, meaning employers can expect notification from USCIS by May 11, 2015.

USCIS announced the 2016 H-1B cap was reached

USCIS announced today that it received more than 233,000 H-1B Petitions for the available 85,000 numbers. USCIS will conduct a lottery to determine which Petitions receive numbers in the 2016 program. Certain H-1B employers and employees remain exempt from the H-1B cap so call SPS Immigration for a full assessment of H-1B eligibility.
